Week beginning 10th February

This week, hearts are everywhere as we think about the special people in our lives. The cafe in the theme area is the perfect place to go for a hot drink and a Valentine’s Day biscuit or maybe just to sit and talk with our friends. We will be playing the traditional circle game “I sent a letter to my love”, sorting and matching heart shapes and decorating a heart-shaped biscuit to enjoy and maybe even share at home.

The post box will be out near the making marks table should they wish to make and send letters to their friends. Sarah, our star baker, made the biscuits using the following ingredients: dairy free butter, flour and granulated sugar.
